How you will make an impact:
As a Life Enrichment Associate at Wesley Willows- Peterson Meadows, you will help create and lead fun, engaging activity programs that match the interests and abilities of our residents. As part of the Life Enrichment team, you'll assist in planning events, outings, and newsletters, track participation, and ensure every resident has meaningful opportunities for connection and enjoyment. You’ll collaborate with staff, use community resources, and help with transportation when needed. If you’re creative, organized, and passionate about enriching the lives of seniors, this role is a great fit for you!
Schedule: This is a full-time, Monday–Friday day shift position with flexible start and end times, and occasional weekend availability as needed.
What you will need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required).
- High school graduate or equivalent required, some college preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in senior living (required).
- Must have or be able to obtain a commercial driver’s license (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, staff, and community members.
