How you will make an impact:
As the Maintenance Lead at Wesley Willows, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and safety compliance of the Castle Town Center, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This hands-on role includes performing timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine site inspections while managing building systems and supporting customer satisfaction. You will assist in unit renovations, maintain equipment and pools to high standards, and coordinate closely with the Director of Facilities and Grounds on apartment renovations and change orders. Additionally, you'll participate in facility inspections, help develop corrective plans for noted deficiencies, and complete various projects as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to quality service, and a proactive approach to maintaining a positive living experience for all community members.
Schedule: This role is full-time, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with occasional on-call and weekend availability required.
What you will need:
- Possess extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and correct problems (required).
- Valid Driver’s License (required).
- Must be able to provide a valid Certified Pool Operator Certification or acquire one within six months of employment (required).
- Prefer a minimum of three to five years’ experience in maintenance or general building maintenance. Experience with chillers, boilers and HVAC a plus.
