What You'll Do:
- Handle all incoming patient referrals and inquiries, managing the full admissions process for short- and long-term residents.
- Collect, verify, and maintain patient information, background checks, PASRR/DON, and all required admission documentation.
- Coordinate insurance verification, maintain insurance updates, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Schedule appointments, conduct tours, and support marketing efforts through informational materials and outreach.
- Track and document all referrals, admissions, denials, hospital transitions, and weekly clinical review results.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams, guide staff on admission criteria, and update policies and procedures as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
- Must have 1 year of admission coordinator experience (required)
