What You'll Do:
- Create and lead fun, engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
- Assist with planning events, outings, and newsletters
- Track program participation and support meaningful resident engagement
- Collaborate with staff and coordinate transportation when needed
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all residents
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
- High school graduate or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in senior living (required)
- Must have or be able to obtain a commercial driver’s license (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
