What You'll Do:
- Supervise Memory Wellness Associates in Assisted Living and Memory Wellness lifestyles
- Oversee departmental operations, including calendar development, program facilitation, participation documentation, and management
- Conduct staff trainings, onboarding, care conference reporting, and facilitate monthly support groups
- Support activities, clinics, assessments, and events as assigned by the Memory Wellness Director and facility Director
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, residents, caregivers/families, and community organizations/businesses
What You'll Need:
- Must be at least 21 years of age (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in Senior Living in a leadership capacity (required)
- 1+ years working in Dementia Care/Rehab with persons living with dementia (required)
- High School Diploma/GED required; college degree in healthcare, therapy, education, social work, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with proven interpersonal abilities
- Computer literacy and accurate documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, staff, and community partners
