What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility
- Monitor resident needs and follow infection control practices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Communicate effectively and respond compassionately to residents
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care
What You’ll Need
- Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required)
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (required)
- Clean IDPH background record (required)
- Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
