- Salary Range is $47,000 - $50,000/yearly, DOE + Commission | Credit given for experience.
How you will make an impact:
As a Senior Living Sales Coordinator at Wesley Willows, you will be responsible for driving occupancy at Wesley Willows by building strong relationships with prospective residents and guiding them through the sales process. This includes understanding their needs, presenting the benefits of a continuing care retirement community, conducting tours, managing follow-ups, and assisting with the application and move-in process. Working collaboratively within a team-selling environment, the Coordinator also maintains accurate records in the CRM system, participates in outreach events, and meets sales and outreach goals set by leadership. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with nights and weekends as needed.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (required).
- Two years of sales or case management experience (required) with a preference being given to service industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database software.
