Schedule

PRN
Part-Time: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Part-Time: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Full-Time and Part-Time: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

Pay

$39.00–$45.00 per hour
Credit for experience
Applicable shift differentials

What You’ll Do

Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control standards
Monitor resident needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition or emergencies
Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality resident care
Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being

What You’ll Need

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
Graduate Registered Nurses (GRNs) considered with Illinois RN licensure obtained within 45 days of hire
1–2 years of long-term care experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
