What You’ll Do
- Support fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship initiatives, and annual giving efforts
- Maintain donor records and communications, process gifts, and manage donor data in fundraising systems
- Coordinate fundraising events, donor receptions, community outreach activities, and resident engagement programs
- Manage event logistics, registrations, sponsorship tracking, vendor coordination, and event materials
- Build and strengthen relationships with residents, families, donors, volunteers, and community partners
- Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, social media content, and other advancement communications
- Provide administrative support through scheduling, reporting, meeting coordination, and department operations
What You’ll Need
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (required)
- Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative, fundraising, event planning, customer service, or nonprofit experience preferred
- Experience working with donor databases or CRM systems preferred
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, nonprofit, or hospitality environments is a plus
