How you will make an impact:
As the Director of Information Technology at Wesley Willows, you will lead the strategic and operational oversight of all technology systems across our multi-site senior living communities. This role is responsible for managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, user support, and driving innovation to ensure technology aligns with organizational goals. You will guide IT strategy, manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensure system security and reliability, and foster a responsive, service-oriented IT culture. Experience in healthcare, senior living, or other regulated industries is preferred.
Schedule: This role is full-time, Monday-Friday.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing IT teams (required).
- Experience with enterprise network, server, cybersecurity, and system architecture management (required).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful system implementations and upgrades (required).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills (required).
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or highly regulated industries, e.g., HIPAA-covered entities (preferred).
- Experience with EHR systems, Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks (preferred).
- Master’s degree (MBA, MIS) or relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or PMP (preferred).
