How you will make an impact: 

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Wesley Willows, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our residents by planning, coordinating, and implementing personalized care plans. You’ll administer medications and treatments, follow physician orders, and uphold rigorous standards of documentation and infection control. In this role, your ability to stay calm in emergencies, collaborate across teams, and identify proactive solutions will be essential. We count on you to uphold the dignity of each resident while fostering a positive, professional environment that supports the well-being of everyone in our community.

Schedule:  This role has various availability across full-time and part-time shifts. 

Our shift schedules are 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:30 AM.

What you will need: 

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid Illinois license (required). 
  • One to two years of experience in a long-term care environment (preferred).
  • Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN) will be considered if licensure is received within forty-five days of employment.
  • Great interpersonal relations with proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
