How you will make an impact:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Wesley Willows, you will provide essential hands-on support to ensure the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents through daily personal care and hygiene assistance. Your responsibilities will include helping with bathing, toileting, meals, mobility, and other activities of daily living, while also monitoring resident needs and supporting infection control practices. You'll play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe environment, responding to residents with compassion, and working collaboratively with the care team. Reliability, attentiveness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical as you help us deliver exceptional care every day.
Schedule: This role has various availability for full-time and part-time shifts, with every other weekend and every other holiday being mandatory.
Our shift schedules are 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:30 AM.
