Wesley Willows is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.

Schedule

  • Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
  • 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
  • 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

Pay

  • $39.00–$45.00 per hour
  • Credit for experience
  • Applicable shift differentials

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized resident care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control standards
  • Monitor resident needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition or emergencies
  • Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality resident care
  • Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being

What You’ll Need

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
  • Graduate Registered Nurses (GRNs) considered with Illinois RN licensure obtained within 45 days of hire
  • 1–2 years of long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
