How you will make an impact:
As a Health Services Coordinator at Wesley Willows, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Health Center by providing administrative assistance to Nursing Leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating admissions, verifying insurance, assisting with payroll, ordering and managing medical supplies, maintaining staff and resident records, and supporting regulatory reporting. You will also manage office communications, coordinate with healthcare vendors, and assist with electronic health record documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion with confidential information, and a resident-centered approach to service, problem-solving, and collaboration across departments.
Schedule: This role has full-time, day shift availability.
What you will need:
- One to three years of experience in an office medical facility, such as a hospital or long-term care community (required).
- Must have good interpersonal relations with proven communication skills, both verbal and written (required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required).
